The BNH-640 from BN Products-USA is a powerful 1250W impact hammer and hammer drill. It has two mode settings: Hammer Drill & Impact Hammer (free rotate or fixed) and uses the SDS-Max chuck system - bull point chisel & drilling bit included with the tool. Features include a 360º rotating/locking side handle which maintains hammer position when working from any angle, a 1-9/16" maximum concrete drilling diameter, industrial strength breaking force (2-9 Joules / 1.5-6.6 ft lbs) for difficult demolition jobs, and a high variable impact rate from 1,500 - 3,100 BPM.

Drywall sanding is now a lot faster & cleaner with the bnr 1837 sander & a hepa vac .takes a little getting used to (figuring out what speed & what grit disk to get a good finish )compared to hand sanding.wished I would have purchased long ago - Jim
