CCI Team Referral Program

CCI will mail a check for 5% of the total order, not including taxes and freight charges, to the referring party if the following conditions are met.

  • CCI must be notified of the referral on or before the business day on which the order is placed.
  • CCI can be notified of the referral via:

  5. "Notes" section of the shopping cart page when the order is placed.
  • Please supply the following information on the referring person:
  1. Full Name
  2. Mailing Address (this will be the address the check is mailed to)
  3. Phone Number
  4. Email (if possible)
  • The referral check will be mailed within 5 business days of the fully processed transaction.
  • The referral check will not be mailed if the transaction is delayed or not completed properly due to circumstances outside of CCI's control (faulty credit card, lack of information to complete the order, etc.)

Low Price Guarantee

If the customer finds the same product advertised on another website for a lower price within 14 days of purchase, Construction Concepts International will refund the difference.

  • Customer must notify Construction Concepts International of refund request within 14 days of the purchase.
  • Must be an identical product available for purchase on a competitor's website located within the United States.
  • The guarantee does not apply to products found on auction websites.
  • The better price must include shipping, handling, and fees. Prices will be compared after all these fees are added to the competitor's price.

Service Guarantee

Construction Concepts International has the capability to service all the tools sold on the website. Normal service charges apply if the tool is not under warranty. Please contact CCI at (800) 677-3933 or sales@ccinetwork.com to receive a tool repair request form. CCI is not responsible for shipping fees on serviced tools. CCI will provide a written estimate of repair to the customer for approval before any service is performed.

Shipping - Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Construction Concepts International are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Construction Concepts International is not responsible or liable for any damage arising from shipment.

Warranty

All merchandise listed in this Website, or any type of advertisement are "as is" (to the extent allowed by law) and, unless otherwise specifically noted, are without warranties of any type, express or implied. Construction Concepts International disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the Implied Warranty of Merchantability and the Implied Warranty of Fitness, for a particular purpose.

Construction Concepts International disclaims any liability for product defect claims that are due to product misuse, improper product selection and/or misapplication and any description, picture or other information communicated does not express or imply a warranty that the products are merchantable or fit for a particular purpose. Any liability for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages is expressly disclaimed.

All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Return Policy

Construction Concepts International retains the exclusive and sole right as to whether an item may be returned, exchanged, or order cancelled within (30) days of the purchase. Some tools may be covered under the manufacturers warranty policy which may or may not be longer than (30) days. Refunds are for the cost of product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Construction Concepts International thus encourages customers to use caution when placing an order.
