This drill motor from Husqvarna is extremely easy to operate. The DM 340 features an ergonomic handle that makes it easy to carry around. The controls are designed and positioned to further enhance ergonomics and to facilitate drilling. The DM 340 can be used on all of Husqvarna’s larger drill stands, and for drill bits up to 14" in diameter. The machine has three gear stages, so you can find the optimal drilling speed.

Applications

• Core drilling up to 16" in diameter with Husqvarna drill stands.
• For reinforced concrete, bricks and other building material.
• Heavy-duty applications like water evacuation, channels for ventilation and plumbing, waste evacuation pipes, gas supply pipes, barriers, road signs and holes in corners for wall sawing openings.
• Angle drilling and positioning in all directions.
• Ideal for use with DS 450 and DS 70 AT drill stands.

• Equipped with Elgard, which indicates via LED indicator which indicates via the LED, when the machine is overloaded to prevent motor damage and increases product life.
  
• For a smooth start of drilling, drill motor is equipped with Softstart.
• For drilling in hard materials such as re-bar the drill motor is equipped with Smartstart.
• Three-speed water-cooled gearbox for optimal drilling performance and longer service intervals.
