EZE BEND Rebar Benders and Cutters are easily operated with a single hand.  Their lightweight and portable design allows rebar fabrication that is as easy as ‘pushing a button’. 

EZE BEND tools are simply designed for long-term durability.  They are powered by 10,000 p.s.i. hydraulic pumps.  The separate power source contributes to the many unique features of the EZE BEND SYSTEM.          

OPERATING FEATURES:

• Cut rebar in-place only 2" up from the slab.

• All cutters rotate 360-degrees.  Reach just about anywhere and in any position!

SAFETY FEATURES:

• By stepping down the 120-volt power supply at the pump, only 24-volts remain in the operator’s hand.

• The tool action stops and immediately retracts, whenever the button is released.

• A tough safety wrap protects the hydraulic hose and electrical wire.

• Flush face hydraulic connectors are quick and safe.
• Shock absorbers stop short pieces of rebar from flying out.
• The Gauge Block is conveniently hand-operated.  Regular use of the Gauge Block will minimize shear, extend cutting block life, and produce a safer and cleaner cut.

• Simply rotate the power heads to effortlessly cut  ‘cast-in-place’ rebar. 

• The EZE BEND SYSTEM dramatically reduces the cost and waste of ‘lap-spliced’ corner rebar.   This is accomplished by distributing long lengths of rebar on the perimeter of the job.  Then, easily move the EZE BEND BENDER from corner to corner, fabricating multiple corner bends on continuous rebar.
