Stout STX-100 Portable Band Saw


The Stout STX-100 was the first and the best one handed portable band saw in the business.  If you have a job that involves cutting, it is more than likely the stout band saw will be able to cut it.  The Stout can cut metal, wood, plastic, allthread, unistrut, angle iron, black pipe, PVC, conduit, rebar, seal tite, cable, padlock, titanium, hinge, fences, chain, wire, aluminum, baseboard, brass, brush, ACSR, and much more. 

You have a choice between two blade types for the Stout STX-100.  The differences in the blades are the TPI (Teeth Per Inch).  The blade that comes standard on the Stout STX-100 is the 14 – 18 TPI blade.  This blade is more of a general purpose blade that can be used for metals, rebar, and wood materials.   The second blade is a 24 TPI, which is designed for thin metals and plastic materials.

CCI sells the Stout STX-100 in a Contractor’s Kit, which includes the saw itself, two 18V batteries, a 1 hour quick charger, and the plastic molded carrying case.
